Get BIOS Update Bootable CD.

Install the genisoimage package.

$ sudo apt-get install genisoimage

Extract the IMG from the ISO file.

$ geteltorito -o bios.img gjuj21us.iso

Write the IMG file to a USB key.

$ sudo dd if=bios.img of=/dev/sdb bs=512K

Reboot the laptop and enter the BIOS, in the Boot section, ensure that the UEFI boot is used.

Reboot the laptop and press F12 to enter the boot menu and select the USB key as boot device.

Follow the instructions.
